How Royal Polish Food started
Originally from Stalowa Wola, Poland, our family immigrated to the US in the 1980s to escape Communism and pursue the American dream. Over the years, we worked a variety of different jobs to make ends meet, but we never forgot our origins or our love for the dishes that we grew up with.
We’ve lived in Arizona for over 20 years now, and couldn’t help but notice a significant deficit in authentic Eastern European cooking in the West Valley.
Now that we’ve founded Royal Polish Foods, we have the opportunity to share our passion for Polish cooking with our local community. We believe that good cooking starts with clean and natural ingredients, which we combine with a deep appreciation for our native culture.
The name of our hometown, Stalowa Wola, literally translates to “steel will,” which describes our uncompromising approach to quality cooking. Our food is served fresh - the same way we make it at home - because we firmly believe that our community deserves nothing but the best.
This is where it all started
